Step 1: Meet the Kitten
We’ll set up a video call so you can see the kitten live and get to know each other, allowing you to ask any questions about the adoption steps. It’s important to us that you feel completely confident before you reserve your kitten and move forward.
Step 2: Reserve with a Deposit
Once you’ve completed the kitten adoption steps and chosen your kitten, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to officially reserve your kitten. This deposit is non-refundable but will go toward the total adoption fee. You can make the payment via Zelle or Venmo.
Step 3: Sign the Adoption Contract
Next, we'll provide an adoption contract for you to review and sign. The contract outlines your kitten's care, our policies, and your protections as an adopter. Every Hello Cats kitten is backed by a Lifetime Health Guarantee and will receive a full veterinary check before going home. This ensures you can adopt with confidence, knowing your kitten's health is our top priority.
Step 4: Prepare for Pick-Up Day
As your kitten adoption day approaches, we’ll share essential tips on how to prepare for your new Ragdoll, including food, litter, toys, and other necessary items. These adoption steps will ensure a smooth transition as you welcome your new feline friend into your family!
Payment details for the final balance:
A 6% Maryland state sales tax will be applied to the total. If you choose to pay via Zelle or Venmo, please ensure that the remaining balance is received 48 hours before your pick-up day. If you prefer to pay in cash, you may bring it on pick-up day when you come to reserve your kitten.
